crumbed sardines

A tin of sardines in springwater, drained (oil would probably work too)
Panko breadcrumbs
spices/herbs etc (best so far was parsley + furikake with seaweed, msg, and sesame seeds)
pinch of sugar
pinch citric acid
salt
garlic oil
Method:
Spray/drizzle oil on a baking paper round. Sprinkle on some breadcrumbs. Add sardines. Sprinkle with flavourings. Sprinkle with a layer of breadcrumbs. Spray/drizzle with more oil. Cook for 4 minutes in an unheated air fryer at 200C.
