Ingredients:
margarine
1 piece of bread
1/2 banana, sliced thinly
1 square Lindt 70% dark chocolate, broken/cut into pieces
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon margarine
1.5 tablespoons pecans
Method:
nb try to cover right to the edge and make everything less dense in the middle, to avoid burned edges and soggy middle.
Spread both sides of a piece of bread with margarine and place on baking paper.
Place chocolate on the bread. Place banana on top of the chocolate, and loosely cover the rest of the bread. Uncovered bread will go toasty but uncovered chocolate will burn.
Roughly cream/mix sugar and margarine, add pecans. Sprinkle on top of everything else.
Airfry for 4-5 mins on 200C. Check near the end, cooking times can vary and the line between toasted and burned is thin!
This will be a hot soggy mess, don't burn yourself!
