Air Fryer Meatballs
Nov. 30th, 2024 08:33 pmNb you could use any meatball recipe for this, I just found one that suits me.
Ingredients:
250g low fat beef mince
1 egg yolk/half a beaten egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs, or enough to make a nice texture
salt, pepper
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic oil
herbs (optional)
Method:
Preheat air fryer to 190C.
Mix all ingredients until just combined. Do not over mix.
Divide into 5-6, place onto baking paper round. Spray with garlic oil.
Air fry for 8 minutes at 190C. Turn over. Air fry for another 2 minutes. Leave to sit for a minute.
Optional: Serve with a slightly sweet sauce like teriyaki or tomato sauce.
Reheating from frozen (I have not tried this yet): Cook for 12 minutes, turn over, and then cook for 3 minutes more.
