Ingredients:
A tin of sardines in springwater, drained (oil would probably work too)
Panko breadcrumbs
spices/herbs etc (best so far was parsley + furikake with seaweed, msg, and sesame seeds)
pinch of sugar
pinch citric acid
salt
garlic oil

Method:
Spray/drizzle oil on a baking paper round. Sprinkle on some breadcrumbs. Add sardines. Sprinkle with flavourings. Sprinkle with a layer of breadcrumbs. Spray/drizzle with more oil. Cook for 4 minutes in an unheated air fryer at 200C.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup semolina flour
1 2/3 cup oat milk
pinch salt
dash vanilla essence
pinch spices
1 banana or peeled apple, chopped
1.5 Tb sugar

Put all ingredients except sugar in rice cooker, stir well. Cook on porridge setting for 30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes especially near the start. Mix in sugar and serve.
