Semolina pudding with fruit

1/4 cup semolina flour
1 2/3 cup oat milk
pinch salt
dash vanilla essence
pinch spices
1 banana or peeled apple, chopped
1.5 Tb sugar
Put all ingredients except sugar in rice cooker, stir well. Cook on porridge setting for 30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes especially near the start. Mix in sugar and serve.

Date: 2025-11-03 09:56 am (UTC)EDIT: Also, looking up that recipe I'm like hmm! Not being able to eat dill or sour cream would basically leave me with plain vegetable soup plus semolina, but that might actually be pretty good!
