Ingredients:
1/4 cup semolina flour
1 2/3 cup oat milk
pinch salt
dash vanilla essence
pinch spices
1 banana or peeled apple, chopped
1.5 Tb sugar

Put all ingredients except sugar in rice cooker, stir well. Cook on porridge setting for 30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes especially near the start. Mix in sugar and serve.

Oh damn I actually have a ton of semolina flour leftover from a soup I made (zupa koperkowa) and I've just realised what I can do with it!!

Do you put/keep the lid on when it's on the porridge setting?

Yeah it's basically 'dill soup' colloquially but the base is good! I never added sour cream, you could add (plant) milk as well, or some kind of plant-based cream, that + semolina is just there to thicken it up a little! Ultimately it's just a vegetable soup, tbh, as someone who doesn't really eat potatoes often, I actually quite liked 'vegetables but in tasty stock' and I should do it more often. Especially because it's pretty easy to digest.

But semolina pudding/porridge honestly seems way more appealing from a sensory perspective, I'm just like 'oooooo.'
