Just keeping track of timing for our specific stove

Preheat at 6 for 3 minutes. Lower heat to 3.
Spray small frypan with oil, put in 2 eggs. Cook for 3 minutes.
Flip eggs, cook for another 3 minutes (eg the amount of time it takes to cook toast).
