Using up bread in the airfryer!

French toast sticks
2 small slices of bread, cut into thirds
1 egg
Enough milk (idk 1/4 cup?)
cinnamon, vanilla: if you want them sweet
Spray baking paper with oil. Whisk egg and milk. Add bread. Spread into a single layer on a baking paper round. Cook for... 8-10 mins? at 200C, turning halfway.
Bread pudding
2 slices of bread, chopped into squares
handful of pecans
half a cup of milk
dash vanilla essence
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon drinking chocolate (which 50% cocoa 50% sugar)
Whisk everything but bread and pecans, add bread and mix, put into baking paper lined alfoil tin.
170C bake for 20 mins, or maybe 15 min + crisp?
Single choc bread pudding
1 piece buttered bread. chopped into 9ths
handful of pecans
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 Tb sugar
1.5 Tb drinking chocolate
Whisk everything but bread and pecans, add bread and mix, put into baking paper round. Leave to soak for a few minutes.
170C bake for 9 mins.
