Zucchini Slice

Ingredients:
6 eggs
150g (1 cup) Self Raising Flour
375g zucchini, grated and drained (a bit less than 1 zucchini)
200g rindless bacon, chopped
2 Tb garlic oil
salt, pepper
dried parsley
Preheat oven to 170C. Grease a wide flat casserole dish/lamington tin.
Beat eggs lightly in a bowl. Add flour and beat until moderately smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients and pour into tin.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
