These are only middling but easy and taste ok when I have bananas and crave sweet pastry.

(EDITOR NOTE: This is the point where it occurred to me to wonder if dreamwidth has any sot of automatic importing I could have used. OH WELL)

From here, only real change is adding nuts.

Ingredients
1 sheets of puff pastry
1 small banana
1 egg
Splash of milk
Cinnamon or nutmeg
Brown or raw sugar
walnuts or pecans, probably other nuts would work too

Instructions

Mix the egg and milk together in a separate bowl.
Lay a sheet of puff pastry out and cover with the mixed milk and egg.
Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the puff pastry sheet.
Lay your second sheet of puff pastry on top of the bananas and then cover again with the milk/egg mixture.
Sprinkle with some brown or raw sugar for some extra sweetness. Add nuts/spices if you want.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (356 F) for 12-15 minutes (or until golden brown).
