Tuna Salad Toast

squaremealsBased on another American recipe I have never actually eaten. Does contain tuna! And toast!
Ingredients:
A piece of celery, chopped
a small single serve tin of tuna, drained
maybe a teaspoon of garlic aoili/mayo
two pieces of bread
Method:
Put bread in the toaster while preparing everything else.
Add garlic aoli to drained tin of tuna and mix.
Spread onto the toast, sprinkle with celery, add salt and pepper.
(Proper tuna salad has like ten times the mayo but that does not sound appealing)
